Review by Amy Chung |
ucked away at the Burrard Inlet, The Spot Prawn Bistro’s 20-foot ceilings and birds-eye view of the three ski mountains, Stanley Park rain forest and Canada Place and North Vancouver is a venue that offers beautiful food with a beautiful view.
The restaurant serves up fresh seafood, including the Mahi Mahi—a fish from the dolphin family. It is grilled and served with sautéed scallops and topped with Mandarin Cilantro Beurre Blanc. There is an array of seafood, duck and meat dishes on the menu and includes a number of wines by the glass. There is also a new $25 prix-fixe tapas menu now available. – A.C
