 amba brings a bit of Brazil to VanCity with their yummy mains that include surf and turf, Brazilian Bouillabaise and their signature all-you-can-eat “Rodizio” menu. For a set price, servers come to your table and offer you different meat and cuts to your heart's content. They also have an all-you-can eat salad bar that includes tapas. It’s best to catch the Rodizio at lunch because it doubles in price in the evening.
Samba also offers a tasting menu for $38 per person (minimum 4 people) that includes grilled seafood, salad bar, rodizio, grilled pineapple and a dessert platter. That truly is a bang for your buck. - A.C.

You have different choice of meats and different cuts as well, you have free run at the salad bar and the salad bar is quite good too. All this if you go for the option of the buffet. However, the downside is, it appears all the meats are marinated in the same sauce so even if you have lamb, or beef or chicken, they share the same marinated taste. Usually, the samba dancers will perform and it is a very lively place to go to with your friends. Of course, if you ever wish for privacy, go somewhere else, you won't find it here.
