The predominantly seafood menu utilizes the best of what Vancouver has to offer—with fresh squid, herring and tuna. One of their specialties is the Bouillabaisse, a west coast style with fresh fish, prawns, scallops, mussels, clams, served with gruyère et la rouille ($25).
