Love the place. Some times it can be hard to get a table. we go once a week .Usually order the Ping's plate ,burdock root salad , & try something new as well. Only had one dish i wasn't fussed on but that was about my personal taste not anything the restaurant did. Food always consistent, staff happy & interested in there job. Place is clean with a fresh design .Fairly priced what more could you ask for?

I first went to Ping's a few months ago. I really thought it was a great place. My last few times have been, well, mediocre at best. The food is just okay, and really seems to have gone slightly downhill.

We attended Ping's for the first time based on reviews we read on this website. We were quite pleased with the quality and general presentation. Great flavour and portions. The service staff are excellent. I never had to ask for assistance, as they were always maintaining a keen eye on us to ensure that we were never in need of anything. The crowd is somewhat showcasey, but given the district their in, it's expected.

I must say that our service and the beer selection were above average - but that is about it.

Tremendous food, first-class fun, friendly and informed service, great atmosphere, and not a hint of stuffiness. I recommend it w/o hesitation if people from out of town want to know where to go to have a great meal in t.o.

Cute and hip indeed. Food needs some tinkering though.
