hnom Penh has been a long-time resident of Chinatown for almost 20 years. This Cambodian/Vietnamese restaurant has been given accolades for their famous chicken wings--the de-boned chicken wing is stuffed with seafood and has diners from around town driving for hours just to get a bite of these little hotties.
