know, it’s in Coquitlam—not the best place to open a gourmet restaurant like this, but I can sense that it was purposefully done. The area is home to some of the best Canadian wines and chef Suave Jedynak is probably testing the local palates here, but for the better. His focus on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients are impressively prepared; transforming the food to be an artful fusion of design and taste. –A.C
