If you’re looking for a nice Reuben, Phat is the place to go. Located in Yaletown, Phat is one of the more casual places for dining this trendy area. Sandwiches come in two sizes—‘phat’ and skinny. Nice Montreal smoked meats, briskets, salads and other sandwiches can be found here.

We used to like this place, went there often for their good coffee but if you want to be treated like dirt, then Phat is the place to go.

Common restaurant etiquette is to address the customer's wishes. After realizing the food we ordered had an ingredient we disliked, and asked for it to be changed, the owner very rudely responded that it's not his problem. We asked for a refund, he said "see the door, get the f*** out"!!! We were appalled!

This despicable behavoir is unacceptable. The owner of PHAT is a rude poor excuse of a businessman. Do not go there unless you want to be treated like scum.
