 outhern France, Provencal fare is wonderful, but France is a hell of a trek from Kitsilano. Lucky for Vancouverites, husband and wife team, Benoit and Minna, have carved out a little niche taste (mmm, niche taste) of France on the West Coast. Chef Benoit's authentic French fare (he is French, after all), delights with its high-quality composition. The service is perpetually pleasant and knowledgeable, while the room is refined and inviting. You don't even need to know French. Yay!
