Extreme service is slightly annoying with the staff’s obsessive-compulsive behaviour to check your water glasses every three seconds, leaving you with little privacy due to their consistent interruptions. During the lunch hour, a succulent basket of dim sum is a delectable yet necessary indulgence. The resto is proud of their numerous awards, but unlike some spots that provide their creds to overcompensate for the lack luster cuisine, Kirin’s are rightfully deserved. - E.J.
