apanese tourists can attest this is probably one of the most authentic Ramen noodle houses out of their motherland. Their famous pork broth is brewing at all hours of the day and have patrons screaming for more oodles of noodles. Appetizers like gyoza, a pan-friend meat/veggie dumpling, are super cheap at three dollars a pop and the friendly and bustling service don’t keep you waiting for long. –A.C

1 Reader Reviews | What a neat place -- lots of Japanese people lined up to get in at supper. Servers and cooks were welcoming and helpful to everyone. A lot of fun to watch the cooks create everyone's Ramen by hand. A Spartan atmosphere, but the chefs' expertise was mesmerizing, and the bowl of ramen is large and full of noodles and vegetables. Make sure to order the "light" broth in your Ramen unless you really like salt.
