ho said business travel has to be dull if its efficient? This statement has proved to be untrue since the Fairmont erected one of its posh hotels at the city's gateway point.

The Jetside Bar is a gorgeous room full of comfy arm chairs and low mahogany tables to set a mood of relaxation. There is a view overlooking the plane taxi area that is the inspiration for the bar's name.
Jetside has an extensive and innovative martini list that includes such divinities as G-force, Velocity and Private Jet. My personal favorite is the Presidential, complete with Deluxe Tanqueray No. 10 gin martini with a rinse of vermouth.
The menu at Jetside is mostly fancy finger food. There are a number of seafood platters, pizzas and even a cheese plate available to snack on while you enjoy your drinks. The prices range from ten to sixteen dollars a plate.
Jetside is an ideal spot for a quick international meeting or a contemplative repose to get some work done between flights. -J.T.
