    Gastown is a sure stopper for tourists, but Incendio has been kept under the radar so you won’t find too many map-flapping patrons here. Serving up 22 different types of wood-fire oven pizzas and mix and match pastas, diners could genuinely feel nonna’s touch here since everything on their menu is dedicated to fresh, homemade products. Their large servings and clean décor emit hints of European class and the cozy patio makes a great location to try their drunken mussels—a concoction of herbs and ale. –A.C
