Vegetarian fare is prepared in a meat-free environment where an open kitchen allows you inspect their promised animal-friendly practices. That being said, meat lovers can still rejoice as the traditional menu contains plenty of poultry (Duck and Chicken), pork and seafood. Unfortunately the cafeteria-style service means your meal will be under a heat lamp, which does some damage to the flavour of your dinner. - E.J.
