Though casual bistro seems paradoxical, it shouldn't. Rob Feenie (Lumiere) stresses the Canadian element in his latest restaurant; of course, that applies to the ingredients rather than the bistro-variation finished products. Expect sea-creature plate art at affordable enough prices in a comfortable though far-from-down-home shambolic atmosphere.

Feenie's used to be my favorite spot, good food and fair prices with a great atmosphere. Poutine, pasta and burgers were awesome. Car Jockey's were excellent and still are!Unfortunately over the last 2 years there has been many changes in the management, which reflected on their service. There used to be a guy named Edwin who was awesome and unique...If I had a restaraunt I would hire him in a minute. That's when things started to go downhill.

I was a huge regular there, but couldn't handle the bad service and attitude.

Very hard to get reservations, even though the restaurant is always half empty! Even once they cancelled my birthday party reservations we had made.

Also, Rob Feenie has left and unforutnately wasn't focused enough on his restaurant for the last year, so it has gone down the tubes. He used to be there all the time and I would see him, then for the last year he was never to be found!

Too Bad. They had a great thing and now its destroyed.

We waited 50 minutes for our table which was reserved and there were several other groups in the similar situation. We were told that this is very unusual which is hard to believe.

No drinks were offered until we complained. Food was very average and service mechanical. Not a place we will return to.
