Nothing says Japanese like France. Fusion is due for a renaissance (yes, that's right, you missed it the first time). Settling a bitter WWII rivalry - Japan insisted that the solemnity of a flag called for circles, while France insisted on bars - En Japan and France agreed to move on, with the aim of enhancing Vancouver's dining scene; hence, En Japanese.
