hao Phraya is a river in Thailand and, like its namesake, this Thai restaurant seems to have flowed away from its secure spot as a neighbourhood favourite and out to a sea of uncertainty and resto mediocrity. That's not to say it's not still capable of flashes of its former glory as a long-card, spice and rice Thai purveyor. You shouldn't be ready to give up yet, but the clock is ticking.
