utting the middle-man/fish merchant out of business, Cannery Seafood rips the fish from the ocean and rams them down your happy throat, but in a haute, spotless cloth, wineglass way. A staple of the gill gastro scene for over three decades, the Cannery's menu digs (well…) under the sea pulling up swim and shell fare and preparing it with care and zest. Throughout the restaurant, pieces of marine history poke out from corners and stand on deck (sorry). Calm and vaguely upscale, the cannery is cozy and charming.

1 Reader Reviews | Booked a dine & fly through west coast air. When we arrived for our reservation we had to wait 30 mins for our table . Once seated we had an outstanding meal which was a little on the over priced side but very tasty. I had the salmon cooked to perfection & my spouse had the shellfish trio. The waiter was lovely & accommodating .The man bussing our table too aggressive in taking plates away before we were finished with them, stunk of body odour. Aside from that a very nice dinner.
