    American Confederate cousin to King and Donkey, Bo embraced Buddhism and moved to Vancouver to enjoy a birks and hackie existence as a vegan restaurant proprietor. That glaze in his eyes come from both his perpetual state of bliss and his well-fed stomach (didn't you know that that's where bliss looks come from?). Bo Kong serves meat-ish dishes to the robe and green set. - S.T.
