little known fact: Japan is a nation of boozehounds. Traditionally, sakana is the food accompaniment to drink. Western wine parings have repressed alcohol and given it second billing for far too long. Though Bistro Sakana seems an oxy-moron (i.e. gourmet mozzarella sticks), the fare is actually top-notch. With a host of sushi selections and booze-soaking-up traditional Japanese fare, Sakana is a wonderful saki-side.
