why would you ask the receptionist instead of your own server?!?!

We were at the Broadway location today to celebrate a birthday of one of our co-worker and the celebrate ask your receptionist for more tea and her replied was you have some there don't you (rude manner). Therefore this will be our last visit to your place. Please hire the proper people that fit the hospitality business.
