he decor at the Fairmont hotel's 900 West Lounge is conducive to clandestine meetings in the shadows between the lush vegetation and the baby grand. The lounge has live jazz nightly from eight o'clock onwards that will keep the mood alive along with their extensive wine and martini lists.

Complimentary hors d'oeuvres are passed around during happy hour every day after lunch ceases to be served. There is a small menu of delicious gourmet sandwiches that are sold from 12pm - 2pm; the most impressive being the Slow-Roasted 'Pride of Alberta' Prime Rib Sandwich, carved to order and served with traditional condiments and a Classic Caesar Salad ($18.00).
