A Raisin in the Sun :: Oct. 15 - Nov. 15
 orraine Hansberry's A Raisin in the Sun was the first play written by a black woman and the first play with a black director to ever appear on Broadway. It's about a family growing up in Woodland, Chicago with dreams of leaving the ghetto behind. Issues of race, poverty, power, family, identity and much more are addressed in this powerful play. Okay, so Sidney Poitier won't be there but it should still be pretty damn good. A.C.
