Stories From Our Black Books :: May 8 - Jun. 8
“Who needs to read fiction or go see plays with story lines that are made up by someone’s imagination? Every woman’s relationships cause enough drama in all of our lives that they deserve a stage!” says Carissa Reiniger, the writer of the book the play is based on. Ever had a little black book? Regardless, you surely know what the collection of phone numbers symbolizes - adventure, bachelorhood, hookups and drama. If you like gossiping with your friends about their love lives, but don't like the hassle of having to give advice after the story's come to an end, this play gives you the opportunity to have have the best of both worlds and just sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
Tickets are $29 - $59; shows are Tuesday through Saturday nights at 7:30pm, with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2pm.
Six Degrees, 2335 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
