An Italian Straw Hat :: May 1 – May 17
  adinard is on his way to his wedding when a horse eats the hat off of his head. You guessed it-the Italian straw hat. He has to find a replacement hat for his wedding or he will get in big shit. Basically the woman who owned the hat was having an affair. The man she was screwing tells Fadinard he must find her another hat that looks the same so that when she goes home to her husband he won’t know that anything is going on. This makes no sense to me because why does Fadinard have her hat to begin with? And why can’t the woman just tell her husband she was wearing it when a horse ate it? And why does Fadinard need a hat to get married in? All questions that will be answered if you go see the play. –A.C.
