Beyond Mozambique :: Apr. 3 – Apr. 27
 ost of George F. Walker’s plays are Toronto-centric. Scenes play out in East End locations and they’re filled with references that will appeal to a smug Torontonian audience. Well, Beyond Mozambique is an exception to this rule. Rather than another urban piece of Toronto wankery, this is a strange mash-up of disparate personalities that includes a Mountie, an ex-porn queen, a drug-addled priest, a brain-damaged gigolo, and of course, a Nazi. As you might expect this is a rather strange play that mixes laughter and pathos in equal doses. If nothing else, I can guarantee that you’ve never seen anything like it. –P.B.
Tickets are $25-$36
