  iverside is one of Toronto's oldest communities, but is also one of its quickest developing neighbourhoods. Don't look now, but gentrification has hit in a big way. The Riverside Crawl will showcase the area in all its transitioning glory. For ten days, the area on Queen Street East between Don Valley and Degrassi Street Bridges will offer prix fixe menus at its restaurants, store and service specials at the many stores, bakeries and designer clothing shops, and some specially made cocktails at one of the many hip new bars. It all starts with a block party and ends with a vodka tasting at Rasputin Vodka Bar. - R.T.
