Toronto Galleries
f you're less of the sit-and-stare-at-a-painting type, but do enjoy multiple forms of art (maybe you're just a bit antsy), The Power Plant Gallery has the perfect activity that you can enjoy without having to sit still and ponder deep thoughts in silence for hours.
The gallery is having a contemporary group showing of different kinds of media, such as photography, film, sculptures and even performance. The aim of this exhibition is to bring to the attention of viewers how we channel, mediate and memorize history, even if we don't realize it.
Even the most innovative of ideas stems from some sort of inspiration from something that already exists… it's kind of a sad thought that as hard as we try, we can never be truly original. –PB
