Toronto Galleries
his church strongly supports maintaining and contributing to the arts in the Toronto community. They even wrote on their website, "We believe that art is a reflection and expression of the beauty that is displayed in creation." Ah, what a subtle religious reference that is. The church's art community called Mezzanine is having an art show Inter/section that "seeks to break down that divide and create a culture where art, faith and creativity are embraced as different components of the same search for truth and meaning." Alright, so you kind of have to be a Christian to fully appreciate this event, but if you aren't, I guess you can go to see the art (which is pretty impressive) and pretend to be mute so there's no chance of starting any trouble. - M.K.
