Location: 171 East Liberty Street, Toronto, ON
hef Marc Thuet, the entrepreneurial spirit that he is, has opened yet another spot, this time in the space beside his Atelier Thuet in Liberty Village. The small café, which opened in February, holds about thirty seats for a more intimate setting. Looming over the bar is a large window that offers a glimpse of the curing room full of hanging meats, sausages, prosciutto, etc. Vegetarians beware - Atelier Cafe is meant for the seasoned carnivore.
With nothing on the menu over $15.00, this spot will be a viable lunch spot for those in the LV area. Thuet's array of cured meats and fragrant cheeses will be on offer, but if something on the stocked shelves next door wets your palette, the kitchen will whip it up for you.
Atelier Café is now open.
