The luxury shoe store on Bay/Bloor has been a staple to the revitalization of the area over 20 years ago. Being aligned with big name stores like Tiffany’s, Gucci and Prada as its neighbour, Davids needed a dire step up from its 80’s uninspiring décor.

With the help of internationally acclaimed interior design firm burdifilek, Davids turned into a 5000 square foot double decker; emblazoned with black and grey colour schemes on their grand pillars that support the opulent glass spiral staircase. Leather seating areas and artful display cases for their Valentino and Manolo’s add that special pinch of class they needed to make the shopping experience more special versus the department store feel they had previously.
