Gay or straight, LGBT or Q, Toronto's Pride Week offers some top-notch entertainment. And most of it's free! Prior to the big Sunday Pride Parade and concurrent to the Saturday Dyke March, there are some really great musicians playing the festival. Indie rockers Gentleman Reg, Islands, and Hooded Fang play the South Stage today (June 27), raising the hipster quotient by at least 55%, while R&B divas Esthero and Divine Brown play the Wellesley Stage, and will surely make the crowd swoon with their soulful sounds. That's a lot of good music for any occasion, but put it on June 27, and you can show off your pride while you take it in.
