The 44-year-old daughter of Ryan O’Neal who won an Oscar at the age of ten, was arrested in New York for buying crack yesterday. This is the latest in a string of drug problems for the troubled actress. According to the New York Post, when police approached O’Neal she said, "I'm researching a part - I'm doing this for a part…as a junkie." Nice try…if only that were true.

Kirsten Dunst is officially out of rehab and she is finally willing to discuss her ordeal with the press. I’m sure you were all concerned about Dunst’s infamous alcohol problems, but don’t worry your fears are unfounded. Dunst spoken to the press about her issues and made it clear that she actually just checked into the rehab clinic for depression…you know, because that’s what those places are for. Similarly, Aerosmith lead singer Steve Tyler recently checked into rehab because he needed a safe environment to recover from foot surgery. In a related news story, Paris Hilton wants everyone to know that she went to prison because she was having trouble sleeping and Lindsay Lohan was actually arrested for drinking too many Red Bulls.

An ex-girlfriend of part time rapper and full time gangsta 50 Cent has accused him of trying to kill her and their 10-year-old son. Shaquila Tompkins claims that 50 and his thugs tried to burn them alive in their $2.4 million Long Island home. Six people had to suddenly flee the house at 5am last Friday morning and Arson investigators have already found a 5 gallon gas container on the edge of the property. No arrests have been made but the fire started on the main floor under mysterious circumstances and court records show that 50 Cent was already trying to have Tompkins evicted from the home…so things aren’t looking good. I guess this is what happens when you get outsold by Kanye West and are barely relevant in popular culture only a few years into your career. Actually I take that back…I don’t to be fire bombed by a raging rapper tomorrow night. 50 Cent is an upstanding citizen…I swear!
