Ever since the initial event the vibe has remained the same: thousands of people flocking from near and far to catch a glimpse of the glitz and glam. The Carribean themed event brings people from all over the world, booking hotels up to a year in advance. Expect costumes, food, arts, crafts, color, and spectacle.
