Sadly this is not the first newsworthy arrest for Josh Brolin, who was picked up by the po-po in 2004. That arrest was for a dramatically less humorous incident of domestic abuse. While the two incidents hardly qualify Brolin as a bad-ass outlaw, you still can't help but wonder what papa James Brolin (Maverick himself) thinks about the situation. Hopefully this will be the last major hiccup for W. which is on a rushed production schedule in an attempt to get the movie released in time for the November election.–PB, News Extensions
