 n the Eastern edge (breathe easy, Parkdale) of Stoberville, the owners of Wicked have premiered their new club: Vogue Bar. Billing itself as a fashionista mecca, expect the requisite flame up and eventual 905 bug lamping. Dance stares, slow unbuttoning, spill ready cocktails, and Madonna references should abound.

2 Reader Reviews | Vogue Bar, and the attached Wicked club, are a laughable disaster. Just the name shows you that the closest the owners could get to cool was remebering Madonna in 1993.
The place markets itself as being sexy but it just isn't. Full stop. Imagine everything that could go wrong with swinger's club and you've pretty much pictured Wicked. Anything that was offsetting all of the nasties you could pick up from casual sexual contact just evaporates because of a few very lame people trying way to hard and failing miserably.
The "swingers club" turns out to be a few tired 905ers on their night in the city who have inadvertently been dropped in ultra-cool west Queen west. Someone was seriously out of touch with reality when they planned this one. Service is decidedly unfriendly and for those who are thinking of trying it but are worried about sleaze: trust your instincts. Once any remaining hype about this place dies down and the few regulars from the 905 realize how out of place they are, someone going to realize this bizarre experiment is not going to survive.
I give this place 1 star but that just because there is no box for 0.
