Wow! What a surprise. This new restaurant has hit on all marks. The design of the space is slick and the food, fantastic and service excellent. For appetizers we had the B.C. mussels, which were the best I have ever had. The truffle frites and scallops were amazing. Two of my dining party had the short ribs, they both raved about how tender and flavorful they were. I had the tuna, which was cooked to my specifications perfectly, the portion was large and the flavor was wonderful. The last member had "Not your mama's Meatloaf", which he described as one of the best he had had. We were disappointed that we were not able to stay for dessert, as we had theatre tickets.
Our visit to Trios was a hit and we will certainly return. A great find
