Known to be a luxurious island in Greece, Trapezzi captures lux decor with delish food pairings. Gourmet pizzas, pastas and meats can be discovered here at the helm of Danforth’s Greektown. Some highlights include the Gnocci with baby spinach, roasted red peppers, gorgonzola cream, crushed pistachios, shaved parmesan ($15). Trapezzi also runs as a lounge at night for the diners who don’t want to leave. – A.C

8 Reader Reviews | Trapezzi is a nice little spot on the Danforth! It's got a great atmosphere, the most amazing speakers and music I have heard in a restaurant thus far (and I love lounge music), very nice and friendly staff and a nice intimate setting (unlike a larger restaurant, you can actually tune into the ppl you are sitting beside). The food was not too bad either with large portions and the price was great as well. I will definitely be back in the future. Makes a nice date spot or with close friends for a night out.

HIDDEN GEM. I have been a long time resident of the Danforth and just recently disovered a place on the street that makes me feel like I'm somewhere else. Trapezzi has brought downtown culinary flair, and musical vibe to the area. We started our Saturday night with martinis, then we had dinner, and let me tell you the food was orgasmic, after a bottle of wine we were in the mood for some upbeat music, and yes there is a DJ that played for the crowd, what I love is that Trapezzi turns into a lounge/club (SUPPERCLUB) after 10pm. We ended up staying the night and having a great time, the staff is young and definetly know how to make your night memorable. I am now a regular at Trapezzi and once again have become a regular on the Danforth strip.
