But that's also what makes a city in and of itself, that mixture of rough and rich, glamorous and gritty, real and risqué. This is why Roxton fits so well into their new setting. I'll take it over a sports bar, but that's just me. - A.J.

Terrible experience. Rude, arrogant, immature management. A small hiccup in service that could have been so elegantly managed was dealt with through coarse language on the part of a Manager, and poor communication blamed on a recently dismissed employee. Very unprofessional.
Rather go East along Harbord and enjoy a more friendly environment.
Very disappointing after all the good reviews. Pride must go to the head.

This is probably one of my favorite places to eat in the city. Brunch on Sundays is amazing, but go for dinner. Menu changes occasionally. Dinner atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, dimly lit and cute. Food prep time used to be ridiculously long, but it's sped up. Wait staff quick and attentive without being overly attentive.

Great atmosphere & amazing food. The menu is somewhat different every time my wife and I have popped in for dinner or Sunday brunch - NEVER a disappointment! The tandoori homefries are a favorite side of mine.... Courteous/friendly staff. I've recommended it to friends several times & always hear rave reviews as a result.

Dinner for two one night about two weeks ago, sitting out on their patio. Was walking by and decided to have a seat. What started as a beer or two (Stella - acceptably priced) turned into soup (cannot remember what it was, but it was great) salad (nice) and large dinner servings - quesadilla and something else(cant remember that either).
Main courses were about $12, starter was $5 or 6.
Chairs on the patio were a bit uncomfortable for me, but not too bad. Noticed that the inside was rather dimly lit. Great music though and the server was great - and she was damn cute too. Definitely going back soon - apparently quite popular after work / early evenings. Great addition to the neighbourhood.
