It may have loosened up recently but still establishes itself as a venue for mediocre food and overdressed clientele. Then again, most of the people on College are dressed to impress regardless if they’re going to a five-star restaurant or a ratty old pub. If you’re looking for a place to wear your new Versace blazer while chugging a pint, this is the place to be. –A.C
