he Smith's owner/operator, Elana Ginsberg (Sweaty Betty's) is a goldsmith, so she's exonerated from charges of simplistically ironic denotation. This cozy Shaw Street space is a café, gallery, and jewelry shop (selling Kvell wares). It's stealing business from the Jones on a daily basis. -S.T.

Amazing atmosphere, killer tunes, gorgeous jewellery/art, phenomenal coffee and fantastic service. The Smith has it all. The garden patio pulls it all together into THE perfect spot to chill out and enjoy a fine cup of coffee, read a book, space out, or engage in a little local goss. Lovely spot... not to be missed! 4 stars squared!!

Elana is the nicest, she always has a smile and a great cup of coffee/tea/great hot chocolate to serve ya! The Smith is hip yet cozy. Plus there are tons of shiny jewelery to look at (and buy).
