Review by Ellen Jakobsmeier |
verlooking the field of the Rogers Centre, this open-air restaurant provides and excellent outfield view of the game free of those dangerous pop flys and often tragic foul balls. While watching the outfielders perform jumps (rivaled by the Toronto Raptors) against those boards to make that oh-so-important out, patrons and fans alike can dine on Executive Chef Rodney Meynert’s menu of inventive cuisine (read: not the usual ball park franks from concessions) and a selection from the many brews on tap.
For the ultimate interactive dining experience, bring your glove, though I doubt any player will smack the ball that hard (depending on their daily steroid intake of course). This is an excellent retreat to treat the man in your life be it for Father’s day, anniversaries, birthdays or just the occasional expression of love. - E.J. |
