his is one of the fine-dining restaurants that started the fusion trend. Having been open since 1981, Scaramouche offers delicious grilled seafoods and meats. Notable dishes include pan roasted sea scallops, bedded with risotto and double smoked bacon ($42). This uptown boite has a view of the city skyline and includes complimentary valet parking for the ultimate dining experience. - A.C.

Plainly the best restaurant in Toronto - both sides. Service cannot be beat - and the food is delish every time.

If you want to go to a great restaurant and not spend an arm and a leg go to the pasta bar... while you still get amazing food the prices are almost half of the main restaurant.
One observation is that the only women working there are at the front door... only male servers and bar staff... not that it effects the service, simply an interesting point
Scaramouche Pasta Bar will always be in my top five... it is consistantly a wonderful experience
