Entrees have one thing in common: noodles. A whopping thirty pasta dishes are offered up on the lunch, dinner and take-out menus. Squid Ink linguine and jalapeño linguine are here, as are various rigatoni, ravioli and tortellini served under the guise of Black Curry Linguine, Indigo and Marco Polo. All mains come with parsley covered panini garlic bread.
Shrimps Newburg ($12.50) is a linguine pasta dish with sautéed tiger shrimps and vegetables - nicely pumped up with a hint of fresh basil. King Cod Duck ($9.50) is a rather interesting spin on the classic rigatoni - smoked duck breast and a less flavourful red wine sauce with mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes. The Duet is worth the trip, as it tops up Jalapeño and basil linguine (how cool is that?) with spicy Italian sausage, chicken, red pepper and broccoli in a spicy tomato sauce. Very nice, but ask them to hold on the broccoli.
Non pasta dishes - for the dinner menu only - include the grilled Atlantic salmon with capers and pimento in white wine sauce ($15.00); Rack of Lamb, these are New Zealand chops with a mint and Merlot wine sauce and served with (very) garlic mashed potatoes. Practically the most expensive item on the menu at $22.00
