Mumble the name of this vegetarian restaurant twice. Sounds a little 1950s incestuous, doesn't it? Maybe that's just me. Anyway, Kissan, cousin to Tipu Chowdhury's Siddhartha, offers tongue-biting, stomach expanding Indian fare from a solid menu and buffet, giving you that good-burning (unlike the bad burning (see, post-coital urination)). -S.T.
