Review by Ellen Jakobsmeier |
pening ‘till the wee morning hours, Insomnia is perfect for the nightowl partiers who need to nosh and mosh all at the same time. DJ’s are on the tables ‘till 2am with the kitchen open just as late. Snacking on light plates is easy with the tapas inspired menu, and the wine list is surprisingly diverse. For those with bigger appetites, pizzas, pastas and full entrées are ready to order. Smoothies are delicious for a non-alcoholic treat, but if you’re in the mood to indulge, try a Mimosa – champagne and orange juice is a heavenly cocktail concoction. - E.J. |

Insomnia features a diverse but consistent menu, a decent selection of wines and liquors, personable service and a unique, fun atmosphere that blends beats with original artwork. A good choice for dinner dates, late night parties or a post-play cocktail, Insomnia is a few blocks from Tarragon Theatre, and will hit your wallet much softer than its competition.
