Three nights of operation attract three different crowds, but it’s the ZRF Thursdays that are the real draw. The Thursday night party is a DJ-(Joe Morella)-driven dance mix; music is heavy industrial, all thundering drums and monster walkie-talkie vocals. The original Hotel crowd would say current Thursdays are very early-generation Hotel Saturdays.

Covering most the demographic bases, Hotel is a dance spot catering to a contingent of upscale urbanites with a taste for harder electronic and techno dance music, a frenetic but somehow non-chaotic atmosphere and retro space-age decor. Loud, lively and a little racy, if dance floor and dark-corner conduct is anything to judge by. Hotel attendees, in general, seem to be an amorously inclined bunch, though their behavior remains pretty well within PG-13 standards.
