  • Hanoi 3 Seasons

    Ellen Jakobsmeier
While most of us North Americans experience four seasons, the Northern Vietnamese have condensed their weather patterns into three. If Vietnamese is your bag, try to part from you traditional Saigon inspired spots and opt for a tiny restaurant full of Asian culinary opulence. The dishes have an array of spices secretly infused that reveal themselves one by one on your pallet as you get ambitious and sample more from the diverse menu. Tumeric, lemongrass, ginger, coriander and tamarind are hidden within the seafood vermicelli stir fry whereas the curried chicken satay relies on coconut for the kick. Clams are not only available for you to slurp down, but poke out of many dishes – those with allergies beware! The green décor is obviously inspired by the Vietnamese natural environment yet the jazzy soundtrack in the background is a surprise! Are you salivating yet? - E.J.

I work at Bridgepoint Hospital just around the corner and have lunch there 2 or three time s a week.

The food is great the service is like being at a friend's house.

Hai and Tyler treat everyone like family. And the prices are great!!

    One of my favorite places.
If you have the seafood soup ask for the DR T special and you'll get extra seafood!!

I could eat #10 on the menu - grilled fish - for dinner every night!

Even more than the wonderfully flavorful dishes, we go to Hanoi 3 Seasons for the exceptional service! Hai is a most gracious host to all of his diners and Tyler is one of the most amicable servers you'll encounter in the city.
