his sweet and stylish vest-pocket–size eatery is a sweet tooth’s magnet. Just what the Harbord neighbourhood needed, this bright airy cafe with adorable full-window French doors, serves sandwiches (on bread baked in-house) interesting salads and a vast selection of... you guessed it, desserts.
Absolutely breathtaking gourmet pastries that manipulate chocolate in methods even unknown to Lindt chocolatiers, Chef Don and his team of culinary elves specialize in presentation perfection. Excellent for dinner party entertaining. As for their lunches, the Patisserie-Bistro combines gourmet treats into their creations that are not only a feast for the eye but a tasty treat for the taste buds.
If you're long since retired from the beaten path to the Brunswick House, this is a great opportunity to reminisce and reflect about your waining youth, and explore the neighbourhood in a sober state of mind. - E.J.

Finally exceptional food at reasonable prices. The food is better than Splendido (another place on the Harbord Village with great food) ... though it's only half the price. I am not sure why it's taking so long for them to get their liquor license ... but know that when they get it they'll be line ups to get in. The brunch on the weekends is awesome ... but my favourite is the dinner. I love their 'healthy' fresh fruit selections and enjoy just relaxing there over a nice cup of tea or coffee. Hopefully they will get more seating ... and a little patio would be nice too. Congratulations Chef Don!
