azzled by the gold rush of new spots on the suddenly hot Ossington/Queen area, it's so very easy to forget about the former perching bird (aka The Sparrow), which perished in mid-'07. So what a surprise to catch a remarkable changeover of the space into the atmospheric Delux, with Chef Corinna Mozo stirring the pots. Expect a couple of pure Franco-Cuban jolts.
