Cavas is owned by Carolyn and Rafael Hernandez, who brought Master Wine & Liquor to Miami years ago. It was through owning that beloved establishment of firewater that the Hernandezs realized that the community was crying out for a venue where locals could indulge in wine tasting. The result is Cavas, a state-of-the-art facility for all Miami’s wine-lovers.

I know what you’re thinking: “How could a winery possibly be state of the art? Don’t they just stock wine in those places? How state of the art is that?” First off, I don’t appreciate that you doubt me that much…I mean come on! You have to learn to trust. This is a special machine that allows patrons to sample temperature-controlled wine by the ounce or glass with the simple swipe of a prepaid debit card.
